§ 58-5. Filing of special assessment roll and report; review by council.

  • When the special assessment roll shall have been reported to the council, the common council shall order the special assessment roll filed in the office of the city clerk for public examination along with the report of the city clerk required to be made pursuant to section 58-3 and shall fix a date, time and place when the council shall meet and review the special assessment roll.
